1. The service

KeyPDF is a browser-based PDF viewer and editor. All document processing happens locally in your browser - the files you open are not uploaded to, or stored on, our servers.

2. Beta status

KeyPDF is currently in beta. Features may change, and edits to complex documents may occasionally produce imperfect results. Saving never modifies your original file (saved documents are downloaded as new files), but you should always keep a copy of your originals.

3. Acceptable use

You may only edit documents you have the right to edit. You are solely responsible for the content of documents you process with KeyPDF.

4. Intellectual property

The KeyPDF application, its design and its code are © 2026 KeyPDF. All rights reserved. See the license for details. Your documents remain entirely yours.

5. No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeyPDF is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service during the beta period.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current revision.
